1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Address
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ironcrafteds.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be sent to the following address:Room 360-35, No. 349 Ningliu Road, Getang Street, Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary based on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made mirrors, final sale items.
